FixTrack helps residents report visible neighborhood problems without having to decode city departments, forms, and disconnected tracking systems. A photo and location create a structured report that can be routed to the appropriate public agency.

Our mission is to make civic follow-through easier to see. By tracking response time across cities and council districts, FixTrack gives neighbors, representatives, and local journalists a factual view of what is being addressed and what still needs attention.
